How you will create an impact 📈:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards at all stages of the manufacturing process

  • Apply methodologies such as Ishikawa, 8D, and 5 Why for problem analysis and resolution

  • Interpret and validate technical documentation and engineering drawings

  • Collaborate with production teams and international partners to identify the best solutions

  • Conduct internal quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement of processes

What are we looking for 🔎:

  • Experienced in 400 MVA transformers (MUST HAVE) minimum 5 years

  • Technical university degree

  • Experience or solid knowledge of the transformer industry

  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

  • Internal auditor certificate

  • Strong ability to analyze and solve complex problems

  • Attention to detail and structured thinking

  • Team spirit and clear communication skills
