How you will create an impact 📈:

• Develop and implement data science and AI models for industrial use cases

• Translate business problems into analytical approaches and solutions

• Perform data exploration, preparation, and feature engineering

• Work with Data Engineers to ensure availability and usability of data

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure relevance and impact

• Support the deployment of models into production environments

• Monitor and improve model performance over time

• Contribute to the development of scalable AI capabilities and best practices

• Communicate results and insights in a clear and business-oriented way

What are we looking for 🔎:

• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Several years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL)

• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling

• Familiarity with industrial or operational data is a strong plus

• Experience with model deployment and MLOps concepts is beneficial

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

• Strong communication skills and business understanding
